An OCL wiki exists, but it’s about the sanitation company in Ardmore, OK. 18 years is a lot of history! There are almost 12 whole articles: nearly one for every year.
Oliver lives in the gas station, having ALWAYS canonically been a homeless vagrant, except for when he’s a god-king in a far away time or renting a house in the suburbs or living in a home he owns somewhere, he NEVER has a real home, EVER. NEVER EVER.
Oliver keeps most of his belongings buried in various places, all over the globe and several moons, although he keeps his work clothes in a cardboard box under the counter at the store. He is paid the same way Jim is: through direct deposit (Oliver has a prepaid debit card and no bank account). Oliver has four work shirts and three pairs of work pants, 20 pairs of underwear, 10 pairs of socks, and two pairs of shoes. All of his clothes are hand-washed in the sink and dried using the hand-dryer in the bathroom, or with his microwave vision, which allows him to see microwaves to heat up his clothes in. Oliver usually smells like febreeze (blue flavor).
As for hillbillies, there are not actually any hills in the part of Texas they’re in, being famously flat, although there are HILL BOYS:
Yeah, the new Hill Boys logo feels a bit disingenuous, like it’s pretending to be something it’s not.

Hey, Dog here, quick question for the wiki: if a Dragonball Wiki is canon in the OCL universe, could an OCL wiki also exist? Just a thought!
That last panel reminded me: we rarely see Oliver sleep! The few times I can recall are as follows: OLIVER, BEING A DREAMSLAYER: http://www.outercitylimits…. OLIVER (SEEMINGLY HOMELESS) SLEEPING IN THE CLOSET: http://www.outercitylimits…. OLIVER, THREATENING TO SLEEP: http://www.outercitylimits…. Does Oliver have a home other than the Gasarillo closet? Where does he keep his clothes? Does he have any personal belongings beyond what exists in the gas station? Does he even get a salary to purchase anything?
Hillbillies are a somewhat common occurrence in OCL, such as the strip http://www.outercitylimits….. I assume it’s just part of working at a gas station in Texas. Ha ha!

It’s a lot more honest about what it looks and feels like on the inside, and whether or not you can buy a meth pipe. It’s possible that HILL BOYS could have had a major interior remodel since I was last there, and I think of all the times I got gas, I only went in once.

I enjoy it when the emotional disturbances behind the comic are nearly explicit.

Your deleted comics are leaking.
That’s one precocious kid, to make it from Egg Egg to Egg Champ so quickly.
Truly an inspiration all of us could learn a little something from
