Bart Simpson DNA of course Congress from Bart Simpson – his hair, his nails, saliva, eyeball juice, skin dust, skin juice, skin secretions and skin concentrate. Also, I posted like a ton of these at once because I’ve just been messing around with non-gas station style comedy on Twitter, but there’s not really any reason this CAN’T actually be Out City Limits, right?
